Hi, my name is Tezza Phillips and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon.

I believe that we each possess what is needed to fulfill our aspirations and align with our own set of values, and I see myself as an aid in detangling thoughts, values, beliefs, and patterns and developing the confidence and practice in navigating life with congruence to self. I view things from a trauma-informed, systemic, culturally competent, anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens. I am interested in helping you validate a reasonable reaction to an unreasonable system.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in social work from San Diego State University and a master’s degree in addiction counseling from Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies. I have worked in the field for several years with people of all ages, cultural backgrounds, and advocacy needs.
